There was a time when every other movie wasn't based on a Marvel Comics property and when you see this 1990 adaptation from director Alfred Pyun, you'll understand why. Matt Salinger plays the titular runt turned super soldier who somehow has no super powers since he gets shot every other scene and the only trick up his sleeve is ditching the people trying to help them by stealing their cars. Mocky Horror even shot a special cinematic intro of them "assembling" at the theater to mock the film with special aerial drone photography from Daniel Rockey.
